Problem-focused nutritional counseling
Take control of your health through targeted nutrition: counseling that starts from the problem in front of you and gives you practical dietary guidance.
What it is
When you are struggling with a specific health concern, the right nutritional approach can make all the difference. Problem-focused nutritional counseling addresses your own challenges, whether that is chronic inflammation, digestive trouble, weight management or low energy, with a personalized plan that works for you.
It combines over 30 years of experience with a patient-centered approach, and the emphasis is on lasting wellness, not quick fixes.
